STYRKA 30 min: Är ett nytt pass som kan liknas av en cirkelfys fast utan redskap. Möjligen kan något redskap finnas med.
Vi har en kort pulshöjande uppvärmning på ca 3-5 min sedan kör vi ca 25 min styrkecirkel.
